Returns
We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, you can return it to us within 28 days of the date of sale for a refund, provided the items meet the condition below.
Our 28-day returns policy
- Returns must be requested within 28 days of the date of sale.
- Items must be returned in the same perfect, unused condition in which they were received, with any original packaging intact. We cannot accept capsules or tubes that have been used, marked, or damaged.
- You are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend a tracked service, as items remain your responsibility until they reach us.
How to return an order
Email us at sales@coinstorage.co.uk with your order number and let us know which items you would like to return. We will confirm the return address and answer any questions before you post anything back.
Please pack the items as carefully as they were sent to you, so they arrive back in perfect condition.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and confirm the items are in the required condition, we will refund the price you paid for them to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within a few working days of the items arriving with us. The original outbound postage and the return postage are not refunded.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us at sales@coinstorage.co.uk and we will put it right. In these cases you will not be out of pocket for return postage.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your right to cancel certain online purchases under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Our 28-day policy is offered in addition to those rights.
