Terms and conditions

These terms govern your use of coinstorage.co.uk and any purchase you make from Coin Storage Ltd.

1. About us

coinstorage.co.uk is operated by Coin Storage Ltd. Our registered address is c/o Accountancy Extra, 33 Harrison Road, Halifax, HX1 2AF. You can contact us at sales@coinstorage.co.uk.

2. Orders

When you place an order you make an offer to buy the goods. A contract is formed once we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or there is a pricing error.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include postage as a separate line at checkout. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. Payment is taken securely through Stripe.

4. Promotions

Where a promotion offers a free storage tube with a qualifying quantity of capsules, the free tube is added automatically and matched to the capsule family purchased. Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order and return the goods unused for a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Returns and faulty goods

If goods arrive damaged or faulty, contact us at sales@coinstorage.co.uk and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was formed.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
